These terms apply to all services provided by Kyrylo Vasiutyn, a self-employed marketing strategist based in Leipzig, Germany.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Refund Policy.
No VAT is charged or shown on invoices in accordance with §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
The following services are available for booking and payment via Stripe payment links:

- Marketing Training for the Team
Each service is described in detail on the website and/or checkout page. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to schedule your session or receive further materials.
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the planned start time at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be considered as completed sessions, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The service cannot be provided due to my fault (e.g. illness, technical issue).
- A duplicate payment occurred by mistake.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Dissatisfaction with subjective results (as outcomes depend on your participation and implementation);
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session).
All materials, presentations, and strategic frameworks provided during or after the service remain the intellectual property of Kyrylo Vasiutyn.
They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent.
All consulting and strategic services are provided to the best of professional knowledge and experience. However, they do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any advice or materials provided.
